WALLACE'S FLYING FROG
This extraordinary and beautiful frog from the moist rainforests of Borneo and Malaysia does not fly but is capable of 45 degree downward glides to escape predators. The frog has exceptionally large feet equipped with fully webbed toes and fingers. Further lift is provided from flaps of skin on the sides of its body that stretch between the legs.
